Mueller’s Elite Athletic Training Academy is a multi-faceted athletic training facility offering 1 on 1 personal training, semi-private personal training, and sport-specific training programs for athletes. No matter your level of fitness, if you are looking to improve your health and raise the bar on your fitness training; Mueller’s Elite has a program for you!
Mueller’s Elite is owned and operated by Vance Mueller, a local El Dorado Hills resident and fitness club operator for 13 years. Vance attended Occidental College in Los Angeles where he earned his degree in Exercise Science and excelled in both football and track and field.

Since establishing Mueller Fitness with her husband Vance in 1994, Lissa has become an accomplished fitness instructor, teacher and coach. Lissa, now at Mueller-Elite Training has worked with hundreds of people and has earned specialized fitness degrees in several aspects of personal training including Pilates, N..I.A., Spin, Group X and Fit-Boxing.
Lissa is also a P.E. teacher at St. Johns in Folsom where she also served as the Head Track Coach. Lissa currently is coaching track at Oak Ridge High School and coaches the hurdlers, sprinters, and relay teams. Lissa was an All-American hurdler during her college days at Occidental College and still holds the school record for the women’s 100m hurdles.
