Welcome to the Folsom Volleyball Club strength & conditioning enrollment page. There are 3 easy ways to get signed up!

3) Stop by or have your athlete bring a check
This is a 6 week intensive athletic conditioning program designed specially for the Folsom Volleyball Club team members. The rate is only $90 for 6 weeks of training! The training schedule is as follows:
Monday's & Wednesdays
3:45pm-4:45pm: Ages 15-18
4:45pm-5:45pm: Ages 14 and under
