NOW OFFERING HEAVY BAG BOXING BOOT CAMP TRAINING
Full Throttle Fitness is excited to announce a new addition to our boot camp program. Currently 1 morning a week and 2 evenings a week, Trainer Jamie Ellsworth, is bringing her passion for Heavy Bag fitness to our clients. This calorie blasting workout brings a new element to your current fitness routine. Classes consist of heavy bag boxing intervals and a variety of complete body blasting exercises. Class format is geared toward the intermediate participant but all fitness levels are encouraged! We can supply gloves but for sanitary reasons we recommend you bring your own. If you are new to fitness please arrive a few minutes early to get warmed up. BOX Boot Camp classes are included in the Full Throttle Boot Camp program.
