Basic Training Boot Camp
Circuit Training based workout focusing on total body conditioning. A typical workout will consist of total body weight training, core training, high/low intensity cardiovascular training, in a fast paced circuit for maximum calorie burn and accelerated fitness results! Each class is structured for all fitness levels!

Elite FIT Training
Functional Core Training class using body weight training, medicine balls, resistance bands, exercise balls, and weight training. All levels of fitness should try this class. The variety of exercises and new daily workout will keep you coming back for more!

FIT Boxing Boot Camp
Similar to Elite FIT Training, incorporating boxing as the focus for maximum calorie burn!

Bottoms Up
Just for the ladies! Firm legs and a tight butt are results you will obtain with this class! This is a must do class for anyone looking get a lower
body targeted workout and look good in those jeans!
