E.A.T. - Elite Athletic Training
This is the strength segment of the workout, focusing on strength exercises.

F.A.S.T. - Fundamental Agility and Speed Training
This is the speed and agility segment focusing on running technique and different aspects of balance, agility and quickness.

Saturday Training Starts when school gets out. The First Saturday of Sport Specific Training will be May 31st.
